We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Painter to join our team in maintaining the beauty and integrity of a coastal condominium community in North Myrtle Beach.

Job Summary:

The Painter will be responsible for the preparation, painting, and finishing of interior and exterior surfaces of buildings throughout the condo community. This role requires attention to detail, consistency in quality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks on time and within project guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Perform surface preparation including sanding, patching, caulking, pressure washing, and priming as necessary.
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings to walls, ceilings, doors, siding, railings, and other surfaces.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; protect surrounding areas during painting.
• Identify and report areas requiring repair or maintenance prior to painting.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear protective gear as required.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff and property managers to schedule and prioritize work.
• Perform touch-ups and routine upkeep as part of ongoing community maintenance.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional painting experience, preferably in residential or multi-unit settings.
• Familiarity with painting tools, techniques, and safety practices.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to match colors and finishes.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders up to 8 feet.

Preferred Skills:

• Light carpentry or drywall repair skills a plus.
